Who we are and what this policy covers

Capstone Palmdale Concrete and Masonry is a masonry contractor in Palmdale, CA, doing concrete and masonry work for homeowners in Palmdale and the cities around it. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it.

It covers our website and the messages you send us through it. It doesn't cover other websites you reach from a link on ours, because those sites have their own privacy policies.

Information you give us

When you fill out our contact form, call us or email us, you give us details such as your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the work you have in mind. You may also send photos of the job.

We only ask for what we need to answer you and give you an estimate. You don't have to give us anything to browse the site.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some information automatically when you visit. This can include your device and browser type, the pages you view, how long you stay, the site that sent you here and a general location based on your IP address.

We use cookies and analytics tools to gather this. A cookie is a small file your browser stores so a site can recognize a returning visitor and count visits. Most of this information tells us how the site is used overall, not who you are.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not remember your choices.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, schedule an estimate, plan and do the work, and follow up afterward. We may also use it to keep records of jobs and payments.

We use the automatically collected information to see which pages are useful, fix problems and improve the site. We don't use your information to make decisions about you by automated means.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

We do rely on outside services to run the site, including our website host, our analytics provider and the form service that receives contact form messages. These services handle your information on our behalf so the site and form work.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or with a business that takes over our company.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and job information for as long as we need them to answer you, do the work and keep the business records we're required to keep. When we no longer need something, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

Analytics information is kept for the period set by our analytics provider, and it's used in summary form.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep something for a legal or business record reason, and if so we'll tell you.

If you live in California, state privacy law may give you more rights, such as the right to know what we collect and to not be treated differently for using your rights. You can ask about any of these the same way you'd ask about anything else on this page.

If you'd rather we didn't contact you again, just tell us and we'll stop.

Children's information

Our site is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

How we protect it

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe and limit who can see it. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don't send sensitive details like bank account numbers through the form.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our site or the services we use change. The current version will always be on this page.

How to raise a privacy question or concern

If you have a question about your information or want to use any of the rights above, call us at (661) 382-3390 or send a message through our contact page. Tell us what you're asking for, and we'll reply and let you know what we've done.

You can learn more about who we are on our about page.
